If we do not have the dealer in your country you can contact with us personally by phone, fax or e-mail.
All machines we produce on order. The date of manufacture and all equipment is agreed upon individually.
We give you all information about the machine you are interested. We can help you to choose the additional equipment to the machine just like you really need.
If you have all information about the machine, you know our price offer and you choose the necessary additional equipment you can make the order.
The transport is organized by the Buyer and the costs are not included in the price of the machines. We load the machine on your transport and we can help you to find the transport to your country if you need. We sell our machines all over the world and we cooperate with many shipping agencies.
When all terms of the sale are agreed, we ask for 20% prepayment on our account. When we get your money we start to make your machine. The rest of amount (80%) you pay before the delivery.
The standard manufacture date is 4 weeks for the most machines after order. Manufacture date may be longer according to production capacity.
If your country is not in UE we prepare all export documents and we pay for customs clearance. The clearance is in the Custom House in Lublin.
If you are from USA or Canada or from the other country in America we can help you organize the transport from Poland to your country. We cooperate with the companies specializing in worldwide FCL (Full Container Load) ocean freight shipments. You can check their offer on the address below:

The dimensions of our machines allows to load them to the container without any problem. The machine is protected against the damages during the loading to the container and safety goes by boat to your country.
