MAJA fruit shaking off and cleaning unit is the tractor-trailed machine that combines the function of fruit shaking off with the function of fruit cleaning. Fruits harvested by this machine are ready to be delivered directly to the customer. The machine guarantees 100% shaking off, accurate cleaning and very good quality of fruits.
Fruit harvesting is carried out by shaking the fruits off (by means of a fruit shaking off device installed on the unit) to the screen laid on the ground. Then, the fruits are transferred to the conveyor and carried to the cleaning unit. The screen for collecting fruits is wound up hydraulically. After cleaning, fruits can be collected in boxes or 500 kg-containers. The containers with fruits are unloaded hydraulically.
Min. 4 persons are required to operate the machine. The unit enables harvesting fruits from approximately 0.5 – 0.7 hectare/day, depending on quantity of fruit trees and skilfulness of operators.
MAJA fruit shaking off and cleaning unit has the following characteristic features:

MAJA fruit shaking off and cleaning unit has a wide range of accessories that enable adaptation of the machine to the customer’s needs and possibilities. The unit can be optionally equipped with the following:
- hydraulic rotation of the arm of the suspension of the fruit shaking off device,
- hydraulic height adjustment of the suspension of the fruit shaking off device,
- oil cooler with a fan,
- automatic switch-off of the screen rewinding,
- a catch for an additional trailer,
- a grate with a platform for harvesting fruits into small boxes,
- road lights,
MAJA fruit shaking off and cleaning unit fulfils all standards and requirements of the European Union with regard to machine safety. As a standard, each seeder is delivered with the instruction manual prepared in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian or German. Other language versions of the instruction manual are available on special request of the customer.
We provide spare parts for the machine during the whole period of its operation.
