ALINA SUPERNOVA ECO is the latest model of the harvester for root vegetables made by Firma WEREMCZUK. The harvester is designed for working on small-area and medium-area vegetable cultivation fields. The harvester offers high working efficiency at a reasonable price.

ECO version of the harvester has numerous modern design and functional solutions that has been borrowed from ALINA SUPERNOVA harvester and is adapted to cooperation with the tractors and trailers of smaller overall dimensions. This carrot harvester cooperates with tractors equipped with 80 hp engines.

ALINA SUPERNOVA ECO carrot harvester is suspended on the lower tractor linkage arms and on a special beam installed at the front of the tractor. Such a suspension system guarantees stable operation of the harvester, especially while turning round. The harvesting unit of the machine is suspended on the tractor’s beam. In this way, a good view from the tractor's cabin is guaranteed. A transport-parking foot is located on the front beam situated at the front of the harvester.

Design and technological solutions employed in ALINA SUPERNOVA ECO carrot harvester:

• the carrot harvesting unit is suspended on the tractor’s beam and lifted by means of a hydraulic cylinder; such a solution guarantees a good view from the tractor’s cabin and facilitates guiding the harvester to a carrot row
• A transport-parking foot is located on the front beam situated at the front of the harvester
• 2-element conveyor for transporting carrots to a trailer; maximum lifting height: 3.27 m - with the possibility of smooth adjustment within the whole adjustment range; equipped with high shelves and a self-aligning conveyor speed reducing device
• the carrot harvester is suitable for working on ridges (spacing of ridges: 67.5 and 75.0 cm), on beds and on a flat field surface
• maintenance - free design of the drives for haulm removing module - no maintenance operations are required 
• maintenance - free design of the drives for haulm catching belts
• complete internal hydraulics for driving the working units and for the hydraulic cylinders
• the carrot harvester can be equipped (additional accessory) with the conveyor that removes
• a cooler with a thermostat – as a standard,
• rollers made of a special abrasion-resistant material
  

Quality of carrot roots harvested by ALINA SUPERNOVA ECO carrot harvester is very good; the carrot roots are not cut or damaged by the harvester; carrot can be successfully harvested for the fresh market. The harvester collects practically all carrot roots from soil. No additional workers are required to collect remaining carrot roots from the field.

ACCESSORIES FOR THE CARROT HARVESTER:

• the module for automatic adjustment of haulm catching height
• the conveyor (rubber “hedgehog” conveyor) that removes remaining soil from carrots
• rotary pick up devices 
• second direction for the conveyor that removes remaining soil from carrots,
• reverse direction of the harvesting belts
• active shaking device for soil removing
• complete set of integrated lights installed on the machine
  

ALINA SUPERNOVA ECO carrot harvester fulfils all standards and requirements of the European Union with regard to machine safety. As a standard, each seeder is delivered with the instruction manual prepared in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian or German. Other language versions of the instruction manual are available on special request of the customer.
