ALINA SUPERNOVA harvester has been designed as the machine suitable for cooperation with large size tractors and trailers; the modifications that improve operating comfort and reliability of the harvester have also been introduced.
ALINA SUPERNOWA harvester has a robust and durable frame. All rotating components are equipped with durable rolling bearings that are resistant to water and dust. ALINA SUPERNOWA harvester is attached to the tractor linkage arms (semi-suspended) and can be lifted for the period of transport.
The harvester cooperates with tractors equipped with minimum 80 hp engines.
Design and technological solutions employed in ALINA SUPERNOVA harvester:
- lengthened harvesting unit that guarantees a good view from the cabin of each tractor and facilitates guiding the harvester to a vegetable row; the harvesting unit is suspended on the bracket that is attached to the tractor’s body and equipped with a hydraulic cylinder;
- 3-element, wide conveyor for transporting carrot to a trailer; maximum lifting height: 3.65 m, with the possibility of smooth adjustment within the whole adjustment range; high conveyor enables unloading carrots to box-pallets arranged in two rows on each trailer
- regulated wheel track (regulated left wheel of the harvester) that enables working on the ridges of the following spacing: 67.5 and 75.0 cm-
- new, maintenance-free design of the drives for haulm removing module
- new, maintenance - free design of the drives for the haulm catching belts
- complete internal hydraulics for driving the working units and for the hydraulic cylinders
- active shaking device for soil removing – enables good cleaning of carrots before feeding them to the conveyor.
- a cooler with a thermostat – as a standard
- the harvester can be equipped (additional option) with a conveyor that removes remaining soil from carrots
Quality of carrot roots harvested by ALINA SUPERNOVA harvester is very good; the carrot roots are not cut or damaged by the harvester; carrot can be successfully harvested for the fresh market. The harvester collects practically all carrot roots from soil. No additional workers are required to collect remaining carrot roots from the field.

ALINA SUPERNOVA carrot harvester fulfils all standards and requirements of the European Union with regard to machine safety. As a standard, each seeder is delivered with the instruction manual prepared in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian or German. Other language versions of the instruction manual are available on special request of the customer.
We provide spare parts for the machine during the whole period of its operation.
