Max Pneumatic is a modern functional high-quality precision pneumatic seeder.
MAX PNEUMATIC seeder is designed for single-seed sowing of almost all kinds of vegetable seeds, i.e. the seeds of the following vegetables: carrot, cabbage, parsley, cauliflower, onion, small radish, sugar beet, parsnip (coated seeds), garden beet, rape, maize, pea, white mustard. All the seeds designated for sowing by means of the seeder should be calibrated (coated or uncoated seeds).
MAX PNEUMATIC seeder is suitable for single-line sowing and double-line sowing from each section. Sowing can be performed on a flat soil surface as well as on ridges or beds.
In order to adapt the seeder to sowing specific kind of seeds, a proper sowing disk should be selected and installed.
Seed sowing disks are made of extra-fine stainless steel. The following aspects should be taken into account while selecting suitable sowing disks: kind of cultivation, distance between seeds in a row and quantity of seeds to be sown per hectare. The sowing disks can have from 6 to 120 holes in a row. Size of the holes ranges from 0.6 to 3.0 mm. The sowing disks have one or two rows of holes. The seeder can be regulated to a great extent in order to achieve the following assumed parameters of sowing, in particular:
- spacing between the seeder’s sections
- distance between seeds in a row,
- seeder’s wheel track to be suitable for tractor's wheel track
- height of supporting wheels in order to adjust the seeder for sowing on flat soil or on ridges,
- depth of sowing,
- adjustment of scrapers for surplus seeds in the sowing section,
- mixing force in the seed container
- wheel load of the front and rear wheel of a section
Each seeder is equipped with a simple system that changes spacing of sections on the beam and with special clutches for disconnecting the drives of the sowing sections.
Additionally, each section is equipped with:
- wheels that press the seeds before they are covered with soil,
- coulters made of stainless steel with replaceable blades,
- rear wheels that press the seeds (solid, perforated or made of rubber),
- furrow firmers with adjustment of pressing force and height
- ploughs for removing stones and lumps of earth before the seeder
In addition to the fan that generates subatmospheric pressure, each seeder is equipped with a compressor that generates pressure that is required for blowing-off the holes in the sowing disks and for cleaning the seeder with the use of a compressed air gun. The compressor considerably increases efficiency of sowing because it eliminates the possibility of blocking the holes in the sowing disks with seeds.
MAX PNEUMATIC seeder is also equipped with the system for mixing seeds in the seed chamber and the meter for measuring rotational speed of the sowing disk.

Even a standard version of the seeder is a versatile and well-equipped machine and the options available make it possible to adapt the machine to the customer’s requirements.
Standard equipment of the seeder:
- 2.0 m beam for 2, 3 and 4 – sectional seeders and 2.5 m beam for 5 and 6 – sectional seeders
- one type of coulters (single or double-row coulters) for each section (to be selected),
- two freely chosen sowing disks for each section (for example, 4 disks for a 2-sectional seeder; 6 disks for a 3-sectional seeder, etc.)
- one type of a rear pressing wheel: a smooth, solid wheel made of stainless steel or a wheel made of stainless, perforated mesh or a rubber wheel
- hydraulic row markers for 5 and 6 – row seeders
- compressor for blowing-off the holes in the sowing disks,
- suction device for removing residual seeds from seed containers
- compressed air gun for cleaning the seeder’s components
- system for mixing seeds in the chamber
Additional options make it possible to extend the seeder’s beam and adapt the machine in such a manner as to add additional sections. Specific details are always agreed with the Customer at the stage of order placement.
MAX PNEUMATIC seeder fulfils all standards and requirements of the European Union with regard to machine safety. As a standard, each seeder is delivered with the instruction manual prepared in one of the following languages: Polish, English, Russian or German. Other language versions of the instruction manual are available on special request of the customer.
